Takealot ****py service

I have an order that was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd of Dec 22. On their website it has been out for delivery since then. I have written emails to query this, no response and today is the 2nd of January 23. I'm so frustrated cause I cannot even cancel the order cause it is said to be out for delivery. Such a ****ty service. This is not the firsttime takealot is giving such ****py service
