Takealot ****py return and refund service

Takealot is a ****py shopping site. These people collected a cologne that I returned a month ago and I am still struggling to get my refund. I speak to a new consultant every day and none of them seem to be able to assist me. I am really disappointed with this site. Superbalist give much betterment service when it comes to returns and refund.
