Takealot pushing their delivery date back

I placed an order on the 5th of August. My order was meant to arrive on the 16th of August. My order has just been pushed back to the 30th of August. Why was this product not noted as out of stock?

I have sent a few emails and have asked to be contacted, but nothing since last week.
