Was so enraged by how an agent by the name of Nazreen F decided to hold back and then cancel my purchase claiming she couldn’t find my address on the map. Makes me wonder how on earth did they find my address for the past purchases I’ve made with takealot. Employees like this was drain the image of the company.?
