Takealot pulled a dirty one on me

Hi, I just recently ordered an item off takealot a few days ago. The item I purchased was going on sale and placed the order only to find out a few days later that the order was cancelled. Not by me but by Takealot. I have a confirmation email of my payment made to them but I believe I should get what I’ve paid for. This item that I purchased was going for half price on the day and then the following day they placed the same item on sale again but for a higher price. So they can’t tell me they’ve been ran out of stock because it’s the same supplier and same item that’s was on sale.

I want my item no questions ask. This is the first time I’ve received such poor service from Takealot. They’ve already gone ahead and credited me my money back. I want my item I purchased, not my money back!
