Takealot promotes defective goods being sold

I bought a led face mask. It stopped working in 3 weeks. When I contacted takealot they just responded no warranty. Surely they should contact the supplier. This is ********* as they cut just pocket R800 without trying to give the customer what they paid for. 3 weeks is not what was ever expected
