Takealot promo bad

Tryung to contact takealot, on the line for 20 minutes, no answer, can't find an email address even, @takalot, please contact me I have tried. I got the promo discount for the playstation 5 but could not proceed after it app****. Can someone please reach out, want to understand the issue
