Takealot Promise but Do Not Deliver

Takealot had the products ready for collection as promised. Well done for that. I asked for an invoice in the name of a company and was promised that it was no problem. I have now had a number of telephone calls and emails to try and get the promised invoice. They tell me it is on the system but it is not. They then tell me they will email it but nothing happens. I have been trying for 3 weeks now without success. Is it worth it to do business with a company like Takealot who glibly make promises and DO NOT DELIVER as promised. ORDER NUMBER ***3
