Takealot Profiteering?

We ordered a scale from Takealot for R285. When it arrived the price tag on it said R50. I tried calling, emailing, chatting, everything I could to get hold of Takealot. All they said was the item can be returned for a refund. Well I still the item and do not think it fair I pay shipping twice. Why are not responding to my questions on profiteering. I tried to contact directly and got nowhere. Truly I should be refunded the R255. This is really not ok.
