Takealot products with missing pieces

Good day

I’m writing to you to let you know how disappointed I have been with Takealot. Last year I ordered a table tennis table from you it was the last one in stock and it came through with pieces missing. We had to send it back and we did get a refund. Last week I ordered a water flosser and again it was the last one in stock and all of the attachments were missing. I sent it back today. There is a picture here and I have now learned I will never order the last one of anything you have available. I feel your service in this regard has been terrible and I will think twice about ordering from you again.
