Takealot product satistaction

I bought a Hadeco Dishwash Drying rack in September 2022. The item was returned end November not even 3 months used. Started rusting at several places. Product review stated a specific material was used to in production to combat corrusion. Claim declined I am living at the sea. Not even 3 months used with the specific material used. It is disgusting and you even cannot speak to a Manager to discuss your problem. NO CUSTOMER ORIENTATED BUSINESS
