TakeAlot product quality takes a nosedive.

I used to love TakeAlot. Well not any more. Their products and service delivery really took a big nosedive recently. Couriers don't show up. Products arrive faulty or broken. Returns take forever to conclude via unreliable couriers. Service via email regarding the problems I had were ignored or not even read properly, I was told I wasn't home and that's why the courier failed to pick up the return. (All during Covid-19 lockdown, mind you) The Product descriptions are copied straight from Chinese these days, making them unclear and difficult to understand. This is not what we were used to from such a formerly great company. Don't waste your money buying at TakeAlot. They've lost their former greatness ...
