Takealot product has not been returned in over a month

I returned a product to takealot, it was evaluated and was suppose to be delivered back to me. This was on the 15th December. I still have not received my product back. There has been like 50 emails back and forth, I have asked for my takealot account to be credited and I still have not received any response. The last time takealot emailed me was the 23rd January. I am so appalled with their returns system. I will never purchase from takealot again.
