Takealot product damaged and service not up to par

received my orsr on the 2and, and return the order same day. On Friday a lady who did not say her name came to fetch the product with no communication from takealot, the product had rust and was damaged up to this far i have never received any communication from them...not sure if we the only ones getting damaged good because we are in the townships or what?!
