Takealot product break within one week

To those out there please do not buy this (facial massage cleanser) product at all from Takealot... it will work for one week making you fall in love as your skin feels great after use, however once it dies and you charge it, it never works again, no matter how much times you hold the on button in. This product is non returnable which is utter BS as I only used this product for one week, and is unable to return... I paid so much money for something that doesn't work. This is the second facial brush I bought from Takealot that does not work - I feel I waste my money more on this app for products that doesn't work then I do at an actual Chinese shop! Takealot please rethink your sellers or at least have a one month guarantee that this product could be repaired or replaced once broken... Not looking for a refund, just a product that works!
