Takealot product acquisition

Takealot has been steadily sliding into poor service delivery and even worse product acquisition. I had recently returned a WiFi extender which had stopped functioning, while still within supplier warranty, Once assessed by the supplier, a replacement was issued to me. This turned out to same faulty device that I had returned, with the packaging in far worse condition that I had submitted it in. No third party checks were put into place by Takealot to assure the quality of the replacement. All I was told was to (re-?)return the item and now I am being given the same story of a replacement being issued. Why would I want another product from this supplier after having experienced sub-par quality which was then followed by a show of no integrity?
