Takealot Product

I Bought a electronic foot file/grinder, when I Opened the box and I wanted to change the file to use it I discovered that it has already been used by someone else already, I immediately logged a return with takealot and they indicated on the sms that the package will be collected on the 3.12.2019 but it was never collected I phoned and made a follow up to find out when they will pick it up so my money can be refunded so I can go and buy a new foot file somewhere else but they just informed the couriers services, on Monday the 09.12.2019 I phoned them again and once again they just informed the courier service this is ridiculous they and the worst experience ever with takealot, I do not want a refund I want the money back because I dont know what I will be getting next. my Ref return number is RRN-9B24-47E3 for order #***1.
