Takealot problems.

I bought 4 solar flood lights from Takealot. After installing them I found that 1 of the lights would not charge fully and did not last more that 3-4 hours. I swapped it's position with one of the other lights which was working correctly to make just to make sure it was not the position that affected the light charging. However the problem still persisted. I returned the faulty light to Takealot for exchange, but was told that I had to take down all the other lights and return them too as this was their 'rule'. This is ridiculous. The lights came individually packed in their own boxes with all their mounting materials and their own remote control. They are thus not dependent on each other and each one can work totally independent of the others. | What help would returning the other 3 working units together with the fault one. All that is needed is to repair or exchange the faulty one! Also it inconvenient to take down each light again. This does not make sense at all. They are not one unit, but 4 totally independent units that come in their own boxes!
