Takealot PROBLEMS

I recently ordered ink cartridges for my Canon TR4500, 445Black XL and 446 Colour XL. The cartridges I received from Takealot were exactly what I ordered but they are not the right size for my printer and I have for the last 10 days tried to communicate with someone at that company in an attempt to swap the cartridges for the right size. They don't provide one with a phone number and they have chosen to ignore my messages...it is impossible to communicate with them. BEWARE of Takealot if you have problems with goods you have ordered through them.
