Takealot Pretty useless

I ordered 6 mm koi food, they delivered 3mm. You cannot just log a return for koi food as it is not returnable, so I went through the process of phoning and then replying to a couple of emails with details. They did a refund and then sent me the replacement food, guess what , yup, the usless Takealot sent me the wrong food again. So over takealot, please Amazon open for business.
