Takealot preorder system and customer service sucks

Bought a preorder DVD. Has to be ordered separately which forces you to pay delivery fee. You do this with the expectation that you will receive it on release date which doesn't happen. Delivery was then promised for 4 days later. This isn't happening either. Have sent a few emails asking for someone from customer service to give me a call with no response. There is no contact telephone number on the site
