Takealot premium precription a farce

I have been subscribing to takealot and paying a monthly premium member fee to enable the benefits they offer on next day delivery if you are an active member. It is extremely disappointimg to pay a fee for prompt service delivery without actually getting the service. I have made 2 recent orders to amounts of approximately R12000.00. Orders are in line with their ptescribed rewuirements. However I only receive my parcels days later, not the next day. Upon enquiring I get the run around - the goods are in stock but there are warehousing logistics issues etc. This is not inline with what they advertise and false adveri*****t and poor service delivery.
