Takealot posting **** pictures on ther app.

I recently purchased a hoverboard for my daughter. They advertised a high quality hx hoverboard on the app, but when it arrived it was a cheaply built no name hoverboard. I complained n returned the item, after investigation takealot rep**** and said the manufacturer changed the design n removed the logos, this is blatant lie as i actually own a hx hoverboard already and its completely different to the cheap **** they sent me. Very very dissapointed with the takealot team, they actually ruined my childs birthday and all they did was issue a credit on my account n told me i can buy something else for the same value. What terrible service for an online business.
