Takealot poor systems and service

I ordered goods and given a delivery date which was changed 4 times then the order was cancelled. I order another product and given a delivery date of 5 Nov. I pay only to have it delivered early on 1Nov. I am away so unable to collect. They give you 7 days othewise return goods and credit your account. I asked if they could keep for 2 more days I will be back and then collect. They cannot charge the date. After all they charged the conditions by not sticking to the original date then will not extend the date. I cannot deal with people who think they are above you and customers don't matter. They just lost a customer who has spent thousands with them.
