Takealot Poor Standards

If I was given the option to rate this business a zero I would. My household spends more than R50000 pa at takealot and one would expect them to have the basics right. Over the last 12 months, I've had packages ****** from the warehouse for which I had to wait 4 weeks for the order to be fulfilled, I've had numerous smart watches that were delivered that were faulty and today an order that I received where the item was not what I ordered. There is no standard that is being upheld or any service delivery happening at Takealot. I am sure people will immediately move to Amazon and drop Takealot like a hot Patato as they are completely useless (as one can see by the thousands of low reviews on this platform), seems they are competing with the SA Government for the Mamparra award for Delivery. After today, I will ensure that I source products from alternative platforms and I'm willing to pay a premium for some sort of standard and form of service delivery.
