TAKEALOT - POOR SERVICE - ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT !

Ver poor after sales support and extremely poor customer service. I bought a T.V from Takealot and the wrong T.V was delivered. I have had to jump through hoops to get the T.V collected for a refund.

Speaking to someone is almost impossible and emails are rep**** to with a generic response and no actual help or solution. Takalot has a very impersonal service and I suggest Management address these. Without customers, you have no business. I
