Takealot - Poor service when electronics break within warranty

I bought a Hisense TV for my parents last year in November from Takealot. The TV broke within the warranty period. Hisense swiftly went and inspected the TV at my parents home and approved the replacement of the TV through Takealot on the 7th of July. Since the 7th of July I have sent 5 follow-up emails to Takealot and only received system-generated mails back indicating they will get back to me. I will never buy electronics from Takealot again as this is a replacement for the previous TV and the service for getting that TV replaced was just as pathetic.
