Takealot poor service

I bought a slow cooker from takealot .After a month my son got the box from us as a gift.When he opened it,there was a dent in the box and the out /and inside of the pot.The bottom of the pot was broken.

My son informed us that the pot was damaged.My husband logged a complaint.Takealot came to pick up the broken pot and after a few days brought the same broken pot back to my son.Without any answers!!!!

My husband logged a second complaint but since then Takealot has not yet done anything to refund us or replace the broken pot.So much for paying for something you cannot use.Takealot is definitely not to be trusted for good service.
