Takealot poor service

I am very disappointed as I ordered 2 Beige Persian Design Soft Pile Big Size 340 x 240cm Machine Made Rugs for R312 each but whenn we received it after 2 weeks it came in a 60x40 box that did not even weigh as much as 1 small carper would. We asked to open it and the refused as they wanted payment 1st. We then sent it back & said we want tje carpets we ordered. Takealot then canceled our order and said that it was refused twice but the delivery only came once. Takealot said that we must reorder the carpent that is now R8000 each & that they are protected by the fine print and it is not their fault. I am seriously considering to not support Takealot anymore & will complain on every platform there is as this is now the 4th time it has happened.
