Takealot poor service delivery!!

I purchased a Christmas gift for my son ( Jeronimo Zoombourgini Black car), he used it once on Christmas day and when tried to recharge it , it failed to do so, purchased from Takealot, I have been going back n forth with Takealot for the return or repair for collection on the item since the 8/1/2019 and till today it has not been collected, I have spoken to the call center many times (Hi Bradley, your Takealot return RRN-87DD-8EC4 for order # ********** 5 is rescheduled for collection before 5:00 PM on Thu 17 Jan.

5:00pm came and went........still no collection......I want to speak to a manager now.......just had enough now, I have spoke to Queen, Raees and Siyamthanda.......and I am getting no joy here!!!!),left messegers for the manager and has not reurned my calls. My sons gift is just laying in my garage, so disappointed with this service from takealot and yet the item suppose to have a six months warrenty!!## Takealot makes idle promises on collection, you make yourself available for them on that day and no show up???
