TakeAlot poor service delivery

I bought equipment at an online store by the name of "TAKEALOT" 31/05/2018. They assured me that they will deliver in 3-5 days. Take note that i paid cash upfront for that equipment. Now they are sending me emails postponing to deliver. Im extremely ****ed & dissaspointed with their services. Kindly assist in escalating the above mentioned online store please. Thanks
