Takealot poor service

I was promised a credit on the 5/5/24 via email. Five days later nothing has happened. You email them no response. I contacted via X and they asked a whole lot of questions, and still haven’t come back to me. Still no credit shown. This is unacceptable. Reference : MRRN-OZ845-Q59J
