Takealot poor service

I would love to give no stars I ordered perfume and they sent me the wrong one. I logged a return but after a week, nobody has even looked at my return. I have sent a photo and have phone multiple times at no avail. No help from call centre. They even cut me off.

Not impress at all!!!!!!
