Takealot Poor Service

I ordered and paid on the 29th September for Order#: ***6. I haven't not received my order till today. I have been contacting Takealot today is the 3rd day, I am being sent from pillar to post. They first **** saying the order has been sent to Fast and Furious Courier. I asked for a tracking number which is MDX***2 the courier hasn't received this order. Yesterday I was contacted by a guy from Potchestroom warehouse promising that I will receive my order or today latest. When I contacted Fast and Furious this morning, they haven't received this order from Takealot yet. I called Takealot offices again they still maintain that they have sent the order to the courier. I contacted they guy from Potchestroom Warehouse to ask what exactly he was saying. He then changes his story that the order never came to his warehouse, he's been trying to locate which warehouse could it be at. I am very disappointed by Takealot service. Should they have investigated this order the first day I called to enquire about it, it should haven't been found already, but they shifted the blame to the courier by the order that never left their warehouse. I want my order today and urgently so. Please do attend to this complaint.
