Takealot poor service

I lately regularly experience that Takealot get there deliveries wrong. The latest: On 11 Jun 2024, I ordered a Ceramic Glass Surface Countertop Burner Cooktop Electric Induction Cooker. On 14 Jun 2024, an Electric Pressure Cooker was wrongly delivered. A return was lodged, and the Pressure Cooker was collected.

Now on 22 Jun 2024 the same Electric Pressure Cooker was delivered again and not the Ceramic Glass Surface Countertop Burner Cooktop Electric Induction Cooker bought and paid for.

There is no telephone number where one can speak to somebody. I send an email to there marketing department but still without ant response.
