Takealot Poor service

Hi Takealot Please can someone contact me with regards to a return you keep on declining. The box is has a defect, you advertised something that does not work as you advertised it. I need this product replaced. I am aware of you standard terms of 30 days but this product was bought as a gift and installed when the fibre was installed 3 weeks ago.

I have no response from Facebook or messenger and not one person will pick up the phone and discuss this which make this even more aggravating
