Takealot poor service.

On the Takealot app, it says my order has been delivered and signed for by me which I did not receive nor sign for. I have been contacting their help line for help but it's been over three days now and no one has responded. I tried calling their customer service number but it says "Due to Covid...they have decided to only make use of emails". I have been writing emails and sending them DM's on Twitter but still they don't respond back to me. All they told me was that they're going to get back to me once they have an answer for me. It's been 3 days!! As someone who always buy from Takealot I'm very dissapointed with the service and I just hope they refund me my money or communicate back to me on how I can get my package.
