Takealot poor service and reviews rejected.

I have been a customer of Takealot for more than 20 years. Recently I bought 2 products, one was sent in a very bad condition, box was torn and was obviously been returned by a previous client and was just resold to me. The other one was a pair of size 8, it was clearly not a size 8 although it said so. I then returned both items the one was replaced and the other I was told I used it because of the dirty under soles. The soles was dirty because I tried it on, which I'm clearly allowed to do under their own terms and conditions. When I reviewed both product, and only spike the truth, both my reviews was rejected. Seems like Takealot can't handel the truth. So if they only publish the good reviews, what is 5he meaning of having a review system at all.
