TakeAlot Poor service and return

<p>I'm so annoyed by TakeAlot poor service. Firstly I called enquiring about a projector if it is coming out with it's own bag, the lady (Lestine Arendse) said it doesn't and sent me a link of available projector bags, fine I bought the Projector plus a bag and only to find out that it does come out with a bag. Now I've logged a call for RETURN, I have been called and everytime I'm trying to contact TakeAlot the agents just picks up the phone and drops it again. Please guys can this parcel (REF: ********** ) be collected in the morning tomorrow, because it is at my clients and I don't want it to go missing or damaged and I don't get my refund. </p>
