TAKEALOT = POOR SERVICE ALOT

Disgusted by the service received from takealot. I ordered an item which was on sale, it took longer than usual for the item to be delivered I then followed up only to find that the order had been cancelled and my money returned because the item was out of stock (why accept the order if the item is out of stock in the first place) but then put it in the website with the original price and not the sale price, I then called in and complained and they apologized and agreed to sell me the item at the discounted rate, I placed the order once again about a week ago and today the order was cancelled once again. This is one of the main reasons I try my best to avoid shopping on takealot and this will be the last going forward
