Takealot Poor Service

My order was scheduled for delivery today between 9:00 and 17:00, however, Takealot says the driver came and didn't find the recipient when the driver did not even call or speak to the security. As such I have not received my order which I needed today.

Poor service from Takealot, the worst part is they are not owning up to their mistake or poor service.
