Takealot poor service

I purchased a WiFi router on the 26th of May this year from Takealot. Instead of a wifi router they send me a pair of cricket keeper gloves. It's been over two days and they are not processing the return. I left the package at the Krugersdorp pickup point and received absolutely no sympathy from the person behind the desk at the time, considering that it was entirely Takealot's fault.
