Takealot Poor Service

Good day To whom it may concern. I would just like to express my utter disappointment in takealot and the way they make empty promises. I made a purchase of 68k plus and all I want is a consolidated invoice. I made numerous calls to them on a recorded line still with no success, I have been requesting to speak to a supervisor on numerous occasions, and until today no one has ever contacted me. Please assist urgently as this is a company purchase that I am being held liable for since I cannot produce a invoice....
