takealot poor service

Takealot need to change there delivery time. 5 - 7 days turns in to 14 days + after you paid. This happens every second purchase. I have tried collection point, and door to door. Takealot need to stop lying about the 5-7 days delivery. Its been a week and nothing happened on shipment
