TAKEALOT POOR SERVICE

I have purchased an TV with Takealot a year and a half ago and recently I ran into an problem with the tv then I returned it to Takealot for warranty repair, After Takealot collected the TV for asssessment they sent me an email with a photo showing the entire corner of the tv broken and now they cannot repair the TV under warranty. The TV was not physically damaged in my posession and had to be damaged in transit after they collected the TV, now that I am looking for answers Takealot does not even get back to me via email. POOR SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT. I will never again purchase anything from then and that goes for my family and friends as well
