TAKEALOT POOR SERVICE!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with takealot. I ordered a product on the 26th Nov, received a sms on 30th Nov that the product would be delivered that day. Normally that would happen but not now!!

Wednesday came and went so did Thursday, Friday the 2nd Dec I called to enquire and was told the Cape Town branch is running behind, the person I spoke to confirmed delivery for the next day before 12pm. So Saturday came and went, then I received a sms for Sunday, same thing no delivery.

Then I received a sms for Monday the 5th Dec, Monday too came and went.

I called again this morning and was now told the Cape Town branch is short of drivers. This is pathetic to say the least.

I too am in the service delivery industry and not once ever have i told a customer their product will be delivered on a certain date and not produced.

I have everything on mail. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!
