Takealot poor service

I bought a package of four solar lights even though we only required two but the price for the package was far cheaper than buying individual lights . On arrival we opened two of the lights and had them fitted . They worked and are still working . A while later we found place for another on opening the third light discovered the solar panels glass was shattered . We then opened the final light and the wires behind the solar panel were not attached . We logged a return explaining we were aware the seven day return had passed however thought common sense would prevail as anyone could see the faulty two were never used ! However Takealot are not interested . When the driver returned our faulty lights he said he returns many lights under the same circumstances . I just find the service attitude disgusting and business sense thoughtless as I and my family , friends will no longer be purchasing from Takealot
