Takealot - poor service

After a very long struggle with yourself and LG my micorwave is still not working. It is still under the 2 year manufacturer warranty. The approved LG Repairer in Upington is unable to repair the unit and LG Agreed to give a credit. They inforomed me that I should make contact with the store for this. Can someone please phone me with regards to the porcess? I have the report from Upington Pawnshop the LG Approved repairer as I was informed you'd need this
