Takealot poor service

Takealot sent an incorrect order to me. The items was loose in a huge box damaging the product. When they returned the product they could not let me know when it will arrive. The driver could not phone me because of insufficient airtime and I had to phone him back. Takealot phoned me and undertook that the senior manager will phone me back at 16h00 on 2 September and he never called me. I cannot think of a worst service ever.
