Takealot poor service

Order placed 2019-06-05. Delivery promised 2019-06-07. Not delivered by 2019-06-12. Phoned them 4 times, not coming back with answer. Seems their courier service Fast and Furious receives parcels but do not deliver them. See their website Hellopeter.com . May be losing the money I paid for the article
